Email Templates

The Templates page displays all email templates configured in Zoho CRM for your organization.

Displayed Data

Column	Description
Name	Template title
Module	Associated CRM module (Contacts, Leads, Deals…)
Status	Available, draft, or archived
Last Sent	Date of the last email sent from this template
Total Sent	Cumulative number of sends

Health Indicators

Status	Meaning
OK	Template recently sent, normal delivery rate
Watch	Low open rate or few recent sends
Problem	Delivery errors or high bounce rate
Never sent	Template has never been used

AI Assistant

The AI assistant can analyze your template health using the get_email_templates tool. It returns detailed statistics: number of never-sent templates, distribution by module, overall delivery rate.

Export

Export the template list with statistics as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
