Tags

The Tags page displays all labels configured in Zoho CRM to categorize your records.

Displayed Data

Column	Description
Name	Tag label
Module	CRM module the tag belongs to
Color	Identification color (if configured in Zoho)
Usage Count	Number of records with this tag

Using Tags

Tags allow you to quickly segment and filter your records in Zoho CRM. They are especially useful for grouping contacts, leads, or deals based on custom criteria not covered by standard fields.

• Filter by CRM module
• Search by tag name

Managing Tags

Tags are created and managed directly in Zoho CRM. The dashboard displays tags in read-only mode.
